What Collie is

Collie is a text-message service that keeps a record of what you tell it about your health and helps you see and share that history. It is not a medical service and does not give medical advice.

Your part

Only text Collie about yourself, from a number you control. Don’t rely on Collie in an emergency: call 911. What Collie shows you comes from what you told it, and may be incomplete or mistaken. Check anything important with a clinician.
